No accounts, no cookies, no analytics.

This site has nothing to sign up for and sets no cookies. The app runs on your machine and reports nothing back. What little is processed is listed here.

2. Data we collect

This website has no user accounts, no forms, no analytics and no advertising. We process:

  • Technical request data: like any web server, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes the IP address, the URL requested, the user agent and the time of each request, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not use it to identify or profile you.
  • Correspondence: if you write to us by email, we keep your address and the content of your message in order to answer you.

Downloads, the source code, issues and discussions are hosted by GitHub. When you follow those links you leave this site, and GitHub's privacy statement applies.

3. Cookies

This website sets no cookies and uses no tracking technology of any kind: no analytics, no pixels, no fingerprinting, no third-party scripts. Fonts are served from this domain. That is why there is no cookie banner.

4. The kdashboard application

kdashboard is a desktop application that runs on your computer. It has no account system and sends no telemetry, analytics or crash reports. It connects to your Kubernetes clusters with your own credentials, to GitHub to check for a new version and to download public cloud price lists, and to a Prometheus server only if you configure one. No cluster data is sent to us or to any third party. The complete list is on the security and privacy page.

If you use the AI agent panel, the agent CLI you installed (such as Claude Code or Codex) communicates with its own provider under that provider's terms. kdashboard is not a party to that exchange.

5. Purpose of processing

  • Deliver this website and keep it secure and available.
  • Answer the messages you send us.
  • Legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR): the technical operation and security of the website, and replying to your enquiries.

We do not rely on consent, because we do not carry out any processing that would require it.

7. International transfers

The website is served through Cloudflare, Inc., whose network operates worldwide, so technical request data may be processed outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Cloudflare participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, approved by the European Commission as an adequate transfer mechanism. You can find more information in Cloudflare's privacy policy.

8. Data retention

Technical request data is kept only for the short period our hosting provider needs for operation and security. Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle your request, and deleted afterwards unless the law requires us to keep it. You can request the deletion of your data at any time.

9. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access: know what personal data we process about you.
  • Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Erasure: request the deletion of your data.
  • Portability: receive your data in a structured format.
  • Objection: object to the processing of your data.
  • Restriction: request the restriction of processing.

To exercise any of these rights, write to us at hola@folio-innova.com indicating your name and the right you wish to exercise. We will respond within 30 days.

10. Complaints

If you believe that the processing of your data does not comply with the regulations, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at www.aepd.es.
